The opportunity and ambition is to build South Africa's first premium digital cricket media property that creates long-term commercial value.
While the financial model presents sponsorships as a form of income, this represents only one potential revenue stream. As the audience and brand develop, opportunities will emerge across content, formats, spin-offs, experiences, memberships and consumer products.
Beyond A Show
1.Establish the Show
Launch a premium cricket show built around four distinctive voices, with sponsorship as the initial commercial focus.
2.Grow Across Platforms
Reach cricket fans through long-form video, audio, social content and the talent’s own channels.
3.Develop New Opportunities
Explore spin-off formats, memberships, live experiences and products as audience demand develops.

Often, the focus is simply on recording and publishing episodes, with little thought given to what audiences actually want, how content should be produced and distributed, or how to turn occasional viewers into an engaged community.
